MHT Technologies Announces the Addition of the O3 Sensor Hub to its Flagship Product, Inspextor, for Intelligent Buildings

New York, NY – May 11, 2023 – MHT Technologies, a leading provider of PoE-based smart building software and hardware solutions announced today that their flagship product, Inspextor, is now capable of supporting the O3 Sensor Hub.  This compatibility will enable intelligent building managers to achieve a new level of automation and control.

Inspextor is a PoE-based smart building software and hardware solution that enables building managers to monitor and control their facilities in real-time. It allows managers to track occupancy levels, monitor temperature, humidity, lighting, and other environmental factors, and remotely control building systems. Inspextor is a versatile and scalable solution that can be easily customized to meet the unique needs of any building.

The O3 Sensor Hub is an innovative sensor that detects motion, sound, light, and temperature with new levels of accuracy. It is designed to be used with any bac-net supported building automation systems, which allow building managers to monitor and control their facilities in real-time. The O3 Sensor Hub is ideal for use in areas where people need to be monitored, such as classrooms, meeting rooms, and offices.

Including the O3 Sensor Hub in the Inspextor software will give building managers a robust monitoring feedback solution to make informed decisions for their spaces. By integrating this sensor along with other smart building technology, building managers will be able to monitor and react to environmental feedback with precision. Inspextor can bring data from the O3 Sensor Hub into its dashboards for quick analysis. Inspextor can also send data back to the sensor, triggering actions like sound alerts, light color changes, and more. Building managers may use the integration to send alerts to the HVAC system, communicate with their BMS, and make a more comfortable and safer environment for building occupants.

“We are excited to announce our newest capability and feature in Inspextor with the addition of the O3 Sensor Hub,” said Akram (AK) Khalis, CTO of MHT Technologies and Co-Founder of Inspextor. “This integration will enable building managers to achieve a new level of automation, control, and data-based insights. We believe that this collaboration between our two companies will help to drive innovation in the smart building industry.”

“The Delta Building Solutions Group is happy to see the compatibility that MHT Technologies has developed to offer building managers a comprehensive solution for smart building automation,” said Gary Harvey, Director of Business Development and Operation Delta Electronics Building Solutions. “Having the O3 Sensor Hub working in connection with Inspextor, building managers will be able to achieve a new level of automation and control that will help them to optimize their building operations and create a more comfortable and safer environment for occupants.”
